Mechanical Engineering (Custom Solutions) Placement
Design, build and test customised products. Your solutions will enhance ASM standard solutions. Gain the opportunity to expand you engineering knowledge across a range of disciplines. Mechanical, electrical / electronic and software.

Training and Projects
We’ll help you make the most of your placement by offering you on the job training with your manager, peers and development programme. We have a plan individually tailored to each placement in order to track your performance and help you to enhance your existing transferrable skills as well as your course specific skills.
On top of your day-to-day role, you also have the chance to get involved in a variety of projects. These projects are in addition to your job role and include team working, exciting project management, creative and innovative thinking and representing the business at STEM events. There are also opportunities to be involved in the development and release of our new technology.
