This role will be within the Electrical Engineering team. It will offer the student the skills of working in an engineering environment which will enhance or reinforce the students technical skills by using best practice development processes. The student will be given tasks to develop electrical and electronic systems for our printing machines or support equipment for them. Areas that students can be involved with are: -
We’ll help you make the most of your placement by offering you on the job training with your manager, peers and development programme. We have a plan individually tailored to each placement in order to track your performance and help you to enhance your existing transferrable skills as well as your course specific skills.
On top of your day-to-day role, you also have the chance to get involved in a variety of projects. These projects are in addition to your job role and include team working, exciting project management, creative and innovative thinking and representing the business at STEM events. There are also opportunities to be involved in the development and release of our new technology.
