Brand Ambassador programme

After the amazing success of the 2020 and 2021 campaigns, we are returning with the Brand Ambassador development programme specifically to help students who have a passion for Linklaters enhance their personal and professional growth. We will also put them in the best position to apply for a role at Linklaters during or after the programme.

Linklaters and On-Campus Promotions’ partnership aims to upskill and aid individual growth whilst the Brand Ambassador represents Linklaters out on their university campus.

“Being a Linklaters brand ambassador was an unbelievable experience, and one I feel that was vital in me securing a Training Contract with the firm. My role as a brand ambassador allowed me to internalise the culture of Linklaters, get to know the application process inside out and also help others make the most of the wonderful opportunities Linklaters has to offer. The role will not only expand your commercial law career prospects, but give you the chance to make amazing professional connections and form solid friendships with other brand ambassadors on the campaign. What does being a Brand Ambassador mean?

As a Linklaters Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for representing us on campus, promoting our brand and opportunities to students at your university.

Activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Social media promotion
  • Face-to-face branded stalls to answer student questions
  • Lecture shout-outs
  • Building relationships with societies and faculty members
  • and much much more!

What do you get in return?

  • You will get paid £10.85+ per hour (The London living wage - Linkaters is a London living wage employer, so despite your location you will be paid this rate)
  • You will receive a personal development plan from Linklaters to help you succeed in your application to the firm
  • You will receive a minimum of 3 days in the Linklaters London office being trained and upskilled on topics such as social media marketing, commercial awareness and more!
  • Regular calls and group catch ups with On-Campus Promotions and other Linklaters Brand Ambassadors to ensure you are supported throughout
  • You’ll get to network and build relationships with a number of people from Linklaters
  • You will build brilliant skills for your future & CV
  • Building your confidence and networks on campus

Who are we looking for?

If you are an ambitious, passionate and proactive student looking to make a difference at your university whilst also…

  • Being in your 2nd or penultimate year from September 2022
  • Studying any degree

  • Watson Glaser critical thinking test
  • Zoom Interview lasting 20 minutes
  • We recruit on a rolling basis so we strongly encourage you proceed with your application ASAP.

We will provide training for anyone that is successful in gaining the role. Training will take place on Friday 9th September in the Linklaters office.
