Candidate Experience Associate - Placement Year

Early Talent

The Early Talent team execute campaigns and programmes which focus on supporting and developing entry-level talent within our clients.

The Early Talent team design and deliver end-to-end early careers campaigns; operating as an extension of the client's existing team or as their team. The team are responsible for hiring at four entry levels:

Graduates, Summer Interns, Placement Students and Apprentices

This team is responsible for anything which impacts the candidate's experience during the attraction, recruitment and hiring campaigns.

Working across all recruiting clients, this team is empowered to provide bespoke advice and recommendations to improve all aspects of a candidate's experience. This team is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes; working across all client sectors and role types.

Your role as a Candidate Experience Associate:

  • Attraction and campaign delivery
  • Working across client email systems, you will be responsible for the running and management of client mailbox{es), taking ownership of communication with all candidates.
  • Report trends in candidate queries to Candidate Experience Leads.
  • Utilise LinkedIn to headhunt candidates and encourage them to apply to our programmes.
  • Escalate and highlight trickier situations to Team Leads and seek guidance on any unfamiliar situation.

Recruitment process

  • Be an expert in all aspects of the candidate's journey to provide accurate information to them throughout their experience.
  • Understand the role and what the candidate requirements are in order to be able to screen CVs.
  • Utilise our application system to effectively move candidates through the application process.
  • Conduct telephone and video interviews and effectively score candidates based on a scoring matrix.
  • Support on preparation and execution of assessment days.
