Discovery Programme
The Discovery Diversity Programme is an opportunity for students from underrepresented groups to be assessed for, and to apply to join, our Summer Internships in 2023 before anyone else. We want to introduce a more diverse range of people to the industry, help you learn about the opportunities we offer and encourage you to picture yourself in the world of financial services
What is Discovery?
Discovery is a two-day insight programme that takes place in April. It’s the chance to learn about a career at Barclays, the chance to find out a lot about the business world and to discover a bit about yourself. And, as you’ll gain a good understanding of the full selection of roles and opportunities we offer, it’s a perfect steppingstone to one of our 8-week internships.
Day 1
You’ll learn all about Barclays: who we are and what we do. You’ll also enjoy interacting with us through technical, soft skills and networking workshops.
Day 2
We’ll learn all about you through two easy-to-understand assessments. If all goes well, you’ll be offered a place on our Summer Internship 2023.
