HR Benefits Administrator Industrial Placement

As part of the wider HR function the role will offer you an opportunity to link into all areas of the business.

Job Purpose

You would be responsible for supporting the Benefits and Payroll team with maintenance and understanding of benefit providers, regular reporting, new employee benefit inductions and becoming the first point of contact for all benefit related questions and queries.

Accountabilities

• Design and prepare ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
• Respond to inquiries about benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of employee benefits for audit purposes, in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Manage the administration of all employee benefits programs on the benefit platform.
• Management of the online benefits portal, ensure all new employee joiners, leavers and changes are processed on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and distribute reports, employee manuals, benefit package descriptions, and other communications as and when required
• Run the data needed for any benefit renewals to be passed onto the brokers
• Ensure all new starters receive a 1:1 induction to all benefits and the benefit portal
• Record, Track and process all the information needed for the annual P11d’s

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Working towards a degree in a business related subject
