The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Marketing Assistant Industrial Placement Student you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading Contact Acquisition Projects
• Planning and executing exhibitions
• Social Media planning
• Channel Marketing
• Online Marketing
• Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Studying for a Business or Marketing based degree
• Strong Communication skills
• Pro-active self-starter

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Good organisation skills - ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
• Good problem-solving skills
• IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office applications)
• Role Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (or remote depending upon Government restrictions)

Travel: 5 to 10% expected for training

Salary – No less than £20,545
