Business Analyst – Customer Quality Placement – 12 months
Based in Walton-on-Thames – just 25 minutes from Central London!

Jon us as a Business Analyst – Customer Quality Intern and you could soon be part of a buzzing Customer Quality team made up of three different departments: Customer Experience, Data Strategy and the Kia Academy. Your challenge? To provide vital support business improvement activities, key projects and programmes across all three areas.
Day-to-day, you’ll collect, manage and present data, compile project documentation and reports, identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement and much, much more. Everything it takes, in fact, to improve our service to our dealers and customers, enhance the efficiency of customer quality and support the objectives of our corporate vision.
If you’re enthusiastic, enjoy driving change while working on multiple projects at the same time and have a keen interest in the automotive industry, we really can offer you the perfect environment. Away from the office, there will be a range of fun activities to enjoy from away days to a fabulous summer event.
