Product Development Technician Placement
The Atherstone laboratory is responsible for developing and commercialising abrasive products for our Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) and our Abrasives Systems Division (ASD). By creating innovative and cost-effective abrasive solutions for our customers, the successful candidate will help our teams deliver market leading and commercially successful new product introductions, whilst taking part in our Emerging Talent Training programme.
As a Product Development Technician Industrial Placement, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading sub-projects within global product development project teams
- Innovative problem-solving working on a wide range of materials challenges
- Developing abrasive products, coating formulations and test methods
- Providing laboratory and product testing support for project teams
