KPMG Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme

Are you ambitious and looking to discover more about life at KPMG? Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme could be the perfect opportunity.

This programme is aimed primarily at final year university students/graduates of Black heritage seeking an insight into a career at KPMG. On this paid, 3-day programme (5th – 7th April inclusive) you’ll develop your professional network, learn about what we do, and see how you could make a difference in a career with us - for our clients, our people, communities and the planet.

We offer the following programmes in our offices across the UK:

  • Audit
  • Consulting
  • Deal Advisory
  • Tax & Law
  • Technology & Engineering

Whilst on the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2022 graduate programmes.
Training and benefits

This programme provides an opportunity to find out what it’s like to work for a leading professional services firm whilst gaining valuable practical experience and kick-starting your career. You’ll learn about the world of work, enhance your CV and start building those all-important professional networks.

Your qualifications

You’ll need to have graduated already or be in your final year at university to be eligible for this programme. Academic requirements will be dependent upon the capability you apply to - please see our ‘How to Apply’ sections on our Careers Portal for further guidance. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations
