Job Description and Responsibilities

Within Market Planning & Strategy, the Cross-border team focuses on international payments by developing strategies to grow Visa revenue streams in collaboration with sales, product, marketing and external partners both in the UK and with colleagues and partners around the world.
This team sets strategy and drives programmes to ensure that everyone in the company is focused on driving international payments business.
What we expect of you, day to day:
- Perform market and trend analyses using Visa’s comprehensive global market research capabilities and data tools
- Assist in the delivery of detailed data gathering and analysis to obtain valuable external and internal insights.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to management in a clear, concise and impactful way to
- Support stakeholders in developing a go-to market plan
- Deliver projects or project workstreams related to Visa’s Cross Border growth – from shaping to successful implementation
- Support the Market Planning and Strategy team with ongoing operations, administration and team building activities

Therefore, our requirements are few:
- Students graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, ready to start full time work from June 2022 over the summer for 10 weeks.
- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems alongside strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proactive attitude with experience of being a self-starter and a willingness to learn and develop
- Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys agile working
- Interest in technology and the payments industry
