Your Role:

The Services Platform is responsible for the delivery of support services, as well as the design of all the processes which allow other departments to work and cooperate smoothly. Those support processes are the main responsibility of the role of the Service Process Coordinator; they involve meeting with various departments that require documentation, understanding their complex procedures, designing summary flowcharts and writing detailed descriptions in order to document the processes and optimize their use.

The role also involves managing and maintaining SharePoint, which is the database where all process documents are held. This means looking after the current pages, but also creating new ones, and rearranging them in more user-friendly ways to maximize efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Undergraduate student studying a business-related degree, as part of a sandwich course
  • An enthusiastic fast learner
  • Evidence of proactivity and drive
  • Strong capability in Microsoft tool suite (PowerPoint, Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze, synthesize, distil, report, and recommend
  • Good analytical skill
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Our recruitment process:

The job posting will be open until 21st of December 2021. The selected candidates will be invited to perform a video interview during December & January.

The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview specifically in the first half of February in our office in Weybridge or virtually.
