Our Global Finance & Accounting group ensures our commercial operations across the world are underpinned with sound financial practice.

Within our organization, you will be a team member of the Sony Global Process Organisation for Finance & Accounting and your responsibilities will include:

Support Project & Change Manager in various project administrative activities (maintaining project trackers, reporting, schedule meetings, GPO team own application user manual etc) and coordinate closely with the Process Owners and Business SME

Support system governance, access administration and quality control for Business process management tool (Signavio), Documentation (WPB, Sharepoint), and collaboration tool (Teams)

Areas can be:

• Process documentation
• Tools Reporting and analysis
• PMO support for process improvement activities
• Administration for different project plans and tools used by GPO team
• Communication & Collaboration coordinator

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or business computing
• Language: English (fluent)
• IT/IS knowledge: MS Office (especially MS Power Point and MS Excel: pivot table, formulas…)
• General understanding and interest in Finance
• Project management skills
• Ability to learn new Business applications
• Analytical/attention to detail
• Good team player and ability to work independently
• Proactivity

Our recruitment process:

The job posting will be open until 21st of December 2021. The selected candidates will be invited to perform a video interview during December & January.

The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview specifically in the first half of February in our office in Weybridge or virtually.
