Customer Operations Placements

The Customer Operations Department within VWFS is made up of a variety of different departments and contact centres. The department is essential for VWFS to provide first class service to private and business customers. We have a number of placement opportunities based within different teams embedded in customer operations. It is a busy, fast paced and vibrant department to work in. You get real job satisfaction knowing the work you do all helps to deliver good customer service. About you:

• Studying towards a Business, Economics or Finance related degree
• Logical thought processes when making decisions
• Self-motivated and driven to complete individual deadlines
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of tasks
• Strong focus on ensuring good customer outcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Full PC literacy with the ability to learn new systems/applications
• An eye for attention to detail
• Inquisitive when solving problems
• Data driven and passionate for business change and improvements
• Ability to influence and build rapport
• Good understanding of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
