VWFS work alongside some of the largest automotive brands in the world and at the heart of that relationship is the Brand Management Team. If you’d like an opportunity to work within this highly motivated and experienced team, you’ll gain insights into the most recognisable brands in the world - Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, CUPRA, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini.

We have a number of opportunities available within the Brand Development area, these opportunities are the key contact between the VW Group Brands and VWFS UK to ensure mutual commercial objectives are met. Both of the roles combine marketing and creativity opportunities alongside analytical and more numerical based tasks.

If you are keen to learn and work in a team, if you are flexible but structured in the way you approach your work and if you like a challenge, then a placement within Brand Development may be for you.

About you:

• You’re comfortable being thrown in at the deep end
• We’re hybrid workers; you’re reliable, trustworthy and capable of working remotely without supervision
• You’re a team player, who can think big and work towards understanding the big picture
• You’ll be using Excel and PowerPoint and so a proficiency in these programmes is crucial (we’ll also teach you about Tableau!)
• You’re likely to be studying towards a Business, Economics or Mathematics related degree
• It helps if you have a strong interest in the financial services, automotive and mobility industry.
• We’re a curious bunch and we need creative colleagues to help get us through complex problems
• You’ll have a proactive attitude when approaching tasks and be good at driving forward actions under your own initiative
• You should be comfortable developing positive working relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• It’s important that you are punctual, resilient and are willing to get stuck in
• You should be organised and structured in your work, with the ability to plan ahead and ruthlessly prioritise.
