Extreme Blue - 12 week Technology Internship – 2022 Intake

All candidates must be in their penultimate year of study at university – please note, all roles and assessment centres will be based in IBM Hursley. You must be able to complete the whole 12 week program starting in June and finishing in September 2022.

As a technical student, this internship will give you the opportunity to work on an innovative technology project from an outside client or for an internal client. You'll build on your existing IT skills and learn new ones as well and teach others.

Your role as one of the technical interns in a team of 4 will be to build, develop and improve an IT-based solution that meets the customers' needs. You will have the chance to work with leading edge technologies, be mentored by leading IT professionals and learn new technologies, craft new applications or put a modern twist on an existing tool/idea.

You will find out how IBM and the IT industry work, how IT can contribute too or be used for the good of the community and also learn how to manage real customer projects.

You'll need to utilise your technical curiosity to design, architect, develop and test your product among your technical peers, while never losing sight of your customers and the end goal.
