Begin your journey by applying for our placement programme and join us in late June / early July 2022.

What your day-to-day role with us would include:

  • Join an ambitious and growing company getting to know your team and colleagues across our business to deliver fantastic work along the way.
  • Learning to use our industry leading tools and solutions to analyse data, develop insight and create presentations that communicate our point of view and advice.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Be on course to achieve a 2:2 or above degree
  • Be a current student on a first degree course with an option to do a 'year in industry' (2nd year on a 3-year course or 3rd year on a 4-year course)
  • 280 UCAS points
  • At least a Grade B (or equivalent) for Maths and English at GCSE
  • An engaging communication style with a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding the markets that our clients operate in
  • A desire to share ideas with your team and contribute to the overall team objectives
  • An interest in data and numbers
  • A fascination for consumers, how they behave and the choices they make

  • An industry leading induction programme where you will have the chance to learn more about our culture and become confident to hit the ground running
  • Opportunity to present your thinking, experiences and potential to the senior management team supporting you with your ongoing development and progression
  • A potential opportunity to secure a graduate role by the time you return to university. Many of our former placements have gone on to senior positions within the business.
  • Flexible working culture and environment - colourful offices and agile working zones with bean bag break out spaces and virtual working during current Covid-19 restrictions
  • 25 days holiday
  • A comprehensive and award-winning flexible benefits offering
  • Extra benefits include; your birthday day off, Friday 4pm finish, a free breakfast on a Friday and daily free fruit (if in the office)!
  • Kantar socials – A wide variety of paid for socials throughout your year such as black-tie dinners at Christmas, getting creative for our annual video awards or exploring the latest “trendy” east London experience with your team.

Next steps

There are three stages to the application process:

  • Online assessment test – Candidates invited to the next stage will be required to complete a set of online tests to be administered by Arctic Shores.
  • A video interview – Candidates will be asked to record themselves answering the provided questions on screen for one minute per question (but don’t worry, you will have up to three attempts!)
  • A final assessment stage – This will likely be a combination of pre-prepared presentation and interview held virtually, although we may adjust this closer to the time to reflect the current circumstances.

At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.

We go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in.

We want to create an equality of opportunity in a fair and supportive working environment where people feel included, accepted and are allowed to flourish in a space where their mental health and well-being is taken into consideration.

We want to create a more diverse community to expand our talent pool, be locally representative, drive diversity of thinking and better commercial outcomes.
