Business Compliance Placement
This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying and seeking a placement for their 3rd year, or who has recently graduated from a Business related degree at University. The role will commence in August 2022. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.
To support the company’s compliance function in the performance of its day-to-day administrative duties
re Specific Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and assurance of all compliance management sub processes including for example, enterprise compliance planning, tone from the top management, new starter compliance training, helpdesk provision, compliance topic management, compliance risk assessments, compliance training, compliance communications, the business partner check and politically exposes persons process, gift management process, compliance auditing and compliance reporting.
Coordinate the planning and implementation of a GDPR/data privacy compliance strategy across the UK group companies
Perform data protection impact assessments
Help manage Data Subject Access Requests received by the UK group companies.
Support the maintenance of the Porsche UK Group companies’ Record of Processing
Assist with the investigation, resolution and reporting of data privacy complaints and breaches, and other compliance incidents
Help prepare compliance reports, as required by the business
Support the submission of reporting to the Financial Conduct Authority.
Take a pro-active role in dealing with enquiries/issues with a view to assisting with their resolution
Prepare PowerPoint presentations using a high level of creativity to interpret the desired messages in an effective and memorable manner and in compliance with house styles
Deal effectively and professionally with all internal (UK and Porsche AG) Stakeholders; and external parties and create strong working relationships
Copying, scanning, emailing and processing documents
Working in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel and the Department’s document management system (Opentext/edocs)
Managing Compliance Inbox
Taking minutes of meeting, as required
Updating the Compliance intranet pages
Support administration of Skills Service LMS
Supporting organization of face-to-face training events
Production of training registers.

Studying or recently graduated with a business administration or business-related university degree.
3 A-Levels grades A-C
High level of PC skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS word and MS Excel
Required language knowledge:

Those who pass the first stage will be offered a telephone interview on either Wednesday 12th January 2022 or Thursday 13th January 2022. The final stage of the process will be an assessment centre on Thursday 27th January 2022, after which the successful candidate will be notified.
