About the placement

You don’t watch from the sidelines around here — you get stuck in. Through hands-on experience and responsibility from the get-go, you’ll gain a vast insight into how our business works and contribute to it on day one. What you’ll need

Analytical, collaborative, and able to plan your own work, you’ll bring us equal levels of curiosity and can-do. You’ll also have a passion for discovering and implementing new technologies. If you’re studying a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Strategy or similar, the Primark Placement in Technology is the perfect fit for you.

What you’ll do

Make no mistake. From our people systems to the till software in every single Primark store, we’re transforming tech at an incredible rate. So whatever area you’re supporting, you’ll be involved in huge change.
The Technology Placement offers you the chance to experience life right across our Technology function. You could be working on projects that help us understand and plan for the evolution of our technology ecosystem, producing the strategy roadmap and designs. Or working with Business Analysis, you’ll understand processes, look at needs and propose application solutions. Or working with the Strategy & Performance team, you’ll be supporting the delivery of key strategic initiatives and looking at wider portfolio management of programmes and projects.
