Porsche Cars Great Britain Finance Placement

To support the PCGB Accounts Payable function, and assisting with various finance related tasks

Core Specific Responsibilities:

• Processing of supplier invoices with overall responsibility for the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Centre accounts
• Answering and resolving supplier queries
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts prior to payment
• General administration including opening and distributing the daily post and filing
• Supplier VAT number audit
• Training of the next intern

The above list of Core Specific Responsibilities is not exhaustive. The intern is expected to carry out other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time, in line with their ability. The Company reserves the right to vary the role content, within reason, with consultation and agreement, in accordance with business requirements.

Required:

• Studying a Finance/Accounting related Undergraduate degree at University, seeking a placement for their 3rd year

Required IT-skills:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. v-lookups)

Required language knowledge:

• Highly competent in spoken and written English

Those who pass the first stage will be offered a telephone interview on either 9th or 10th November. The final stage of the process will be second final interview on 24th November, after which the successful candidate will be notified.
