Whether you join us in Finance or Human Resources, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of our business and what it takes to run a global firm.

Compliance Summer Analyst

What to expect

We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge to make an impact as a full-time Compliance Graduate Analyst. Collaborating with both our graduates and senior managers, you’ll discover how we work with external regulators globally to make sure we have the right decision-making boundaries and processes in place to meet their expectations. You’ll take on your own projects and enjoy the chance to make a real impact within your team

Finance Summer Analyst

What to expect

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to make an impact. We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge to handle the kind of responsibilities you’d have as a full-time Finance Analyst. Working closely with both graduates and senior managers in your allocated department, you’ll take on your own projects and enjoy the chance to make a real difference within your team.

Human Resources Summer Analyst

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to make an impact. After initial training in our products and markets, you’ll join our team and start delivering work that matters. You’ll analyze all kinds of market data, assessing results, determining how movements could affect our financial positions and then making recommendations. You’ll find your work always varied, fascinating and truly meaningful.

Risk Summer Analyst

What to expect

You’ll develop a solid understanding of financial analysis, market research, capital markets products and transaction structures. Using your analytical skills, you’ll study our market and research our products, applying this knowledge to client and transactional credit risk evaluations. And throughout your time with us, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to make the most of this valuable experience.

Marketing Summer Analyst

What to expect

You’ll take on responsibility from day one with a line manager to guide and challenge you, and a buddy and mentor to support you as you build your knowledge and skills. You’ll meet with people from across the bank — as well as our external creative agencies — and experience new aspects of the business every day. You should be prepared to work independently and in teams, gaining hands-on experience of a wide range of projects.
