Early Careers Recruitment Specialist (Industrial Placement)

Client Solution Executive:

  • To support the Client Solutions and Marketing team
  • To be primarily focussed on making out-going qualifying calls to clients on the Amberjack database

Candidate Engagement Specialist:

  • To work as an integral part of the wider Resourcing Services team
  • To be the first point of contact for candidates applying to our client campaigns

Role Responsibilities/Activities

Client Solutions:

  • Following up on all client leads across all service offerings and proactively contacting prospect clients within our CRM system, primarily via phone on a daily basis or as per guidance from Client Solutions Consultants
  • Identifying through structured and robust conversations a clients’ needs and being able to identify potential solutions
  • Qualifying clients’ conversations to establish most appropriate next steps
  • Updating the CRM system to accurately reflect phone/email activity on a daily basis
  • Making sound recommendations on most appropriate solutions based on client needs
  • Providing assistance in the preparation of proposals, tenders, contracts and presentation slide decks
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure that events, seminars and conferences are well attended, professionally managed and followed up.
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Solutions Consultants

Candidate Engagement Specialist:

  • To work as an extension to our clients’ in-house recruitment teams
  • To provide an exceptional service to our candidates at every stage of the recruitment process- from attraction to application, assessment delivery, candidate engagement and management
  • To respond to candidate queries regarding opportunities, their applications and interviews, via telephone, email online chat and social media channels
  • To ensure that all queries are responded to in line with the client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Competencies required

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

  • Exceptional communicator with great listening skills
  • Must be 100% comfortable with being on the phone talking to potential clients, understanding their requirements and coming up with sound judgement on next steps
  • Professional, enthusiastic and confident in dealing with new people to build relationships, particularly on the phone where you will be required to build rapport.
  • Drive and determination to meet targets and SLAs
  • Resilience and persistence – remaining optimistic and positive throughout challenging or repetitive tasks
  • Time management and organisation – effectively managing competing priorities in a dynamic and changeable environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to gather information effectively
  • Information technology skills – Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are crucial as you will be generating and analysing reports, typing documentation, and creating presentation slides
  • Must genuinely care about delivering great customer service
