Sales & Marketing Research Assistant

KUKA UK are looking to employ the services of a motivated, analytical and critical thinking individual, who can apply themselves to research activities in the Advanced Welding Solutions (Rotary Friction Welding) Sales Team.

The successful candidate will be studying a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline. They will also be Chinese speaking, as the primary research will be in China and it is crucial that the successful candidate is fluent in the language.

They will have a key eye for detail; be able to both collate and analyse data; be competent in presenting and summarising research results; review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.

This role shall be attributed to researching consumer segmentation, sector analysis, industry evaluation, competition survey and other factors that might be present when evaluating market opportunities. The sectors to be analysed include oil & gas, automotive (Including Electric Vehicles), earth moving equipment and aerospace.

This role would suit an individual who is both able to multitask but prioritise in accordance with the fluidity of today’s manufacturing market.
