Recruitment Consultant Placement
Day to Day of the role:
You will be working in one of the highest opportunity teams within Hays as a 12-month Placement Student Consultant. You will be involved in and responsible for:
- Meeting and contacting new and existing clients to win businesses
- Meeting with and contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs
- Creating and posting job adverts
- Using social media channels for candidate attraction
- Organising candidate interviews
- Leveraging off existing relationships within Hays to win new business
- Coaching candidates on interview preparation
- Maintaining existing client relationships through regular interaction and meetings
- Working towards targets and KPI’s created to ensure your success in the business
Required Skills and Quals
You will need to be in your second year at university with the opportunity to take a full placement year out as part of your degree programme.
