Key Responsibilities

• Ensure critical quality characteristics for product performance are monitored & controlled.
• Provide framework for proactive problem detection.
• Root cause of analysis using proven problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA etc.)
• Collaborate with internal and external supply chain to ensure flow of information is synchronized to KB requirements.
• Use of statistical process control & enhancing rules for escalation.
• Defining & creating the Processes & Procedures.

Competencies

• Highly organized and with the ability to focus on task at hand.
• Logical & problem-solving mind-set
• Basic understanding of Statistics
• Working Knowledge of Ms-Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
