Key Responsibilities
- Ensure critical quality characteristics for product performance are monitored & controlled.
- Provide framework for proactive problem detection.
- Root cause of analysis using proven problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA etc.)
- Collaborate with internal and external supply chain to ensure flow of information is synchronized to KB requirements.
- Use of statistical process control & enhancing rules for escalation.
- Defining & creating the Processes & Procedures.
Competencies
- Highly organized and with the ability to focus on task at hand.
- Logical & problem-solving mind-set
- Basic understanding of Statistics
- Working Knowledge of Ms-Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
