2021 Undergraduate Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme

Experience level: Final Year Undergraduates, or Graduates and master’s students (2020,2021 graduation)

Aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage seeking an insight into a career in Audit, Tax & Law or Technology & Engineering; on this paid, 3-day Insight programme you’ll develop your network, learn about what we do, and see the difference you could make to the companies we work with and the communities we work in.

Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2021 graduate programmes.

This programme will run virtually in 2021 from 13th – 15th April inclusive.

Training and development

As the Insight programme isn't that long, your focus will be to ensure every second counts. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms. And if you're inspired by the time you spend with us here and go on to join us full-time once you've graduated, you'll gain further access to exemplary training and development.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll need to have, on be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. See specific programme pages for further detail. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.
