What will you be doing:

You’ll be part of a passionate team working as one with the wider HR function across the EMEA region giving you experience and insight into different cultures and processes. This role will focus on both our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management responsibilities from attraction, onboarding and development.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Within Talent Acquisition we set out to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment process from end to end. You’ll learn everything you’ll need to know when it comes to attracting and recruiting the best talent into the business.

The successful individual will:

  • Proactively provide recruitment administration support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist which will involve (but not limited to) coordination of interviews, shortlisting suitable candidates and recruitment reporting.
  • Utilise and manage the ATS (applicant racking system - Taleo) through the recruitment process
  • Deliver effective communication to all candidates no matter the outcome of their application, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of the company
  • Manage your own recruitment campaign from end to end for specified teams including, role briefings with hiring managers or agencies, advertisement, CV management, interview support, delivering feedback.
  • Take a lead role in recruiting for 2022 Intern intake
  • Participate in and take the lead on ad-hoc process improvement projects
  • Work with EMEA HR colleagues to improve recruitment process in their regions

Talent Management

  • Supporting and contributing to I&D initiatives relating to recruitment & talent management
  • Contribute to People Promise project, focusing on candidate experience and our employee value proposition
  • Support new starter onboarding processes, working with HR team
  • Creating and adding content to company comms/newsletters aligned with people promise
  • Support employee development review process
  • Support implementation of regional training plans including communication (think academy)
  • Adhoc HR support i.e (disciplinaries, grievances

What skills and experience should you have?

We’re looking for someone to bring new ideas to the table by being confident and proactive and using their own initiative. There is a need for you to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis with great attention to detail, so having strong organisational and time management skills will certainly be required. Working hard and being tenacious is another key quality we look for when hiring in this role. Being tenacious will help you deliver results and be successful in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication is a strong contributor in building brilliant relationships. You’ll have the exposure of working across our EMEA regions so it’s important to be respectful about all cultures.

Intermediate/advanced excel skills would be preferable.

Experience/Education

Candidates should be interested in Human Resources and Recruitment. Studying for Human Resources, International Business or a closely related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
