What will you be doing:

In this role you will be part of the Commercial team and will provide support to the Commercial Analysts and Pricing Managers with both their daily tasks and projects. The role will be focused on 2 key areas within the function: Analytics and Pricing.

Essential Functions:


  • Support with a wide range of both recurring and ad hoc reports and analytics as needed by functions across the entire business: marketing, sales teams, supply chain, finance, senior leadership team
  • Create the Salesforce marketing report every month, analyzing our customer e-mail coverage
  • Create the Store Distribution report every month which focuses on the main retailers of CooperVision products and our coverage of individual stores
  • Produce the back order report every week, which allows the markets to see their outstanding customer orders, and provides a summary to supply chain and the executive team
  • Support the implementation projects and promotion of new tools (e.g. Tableau, Cognos) across EMEA sales teams and functions. Assist with the testing of these systems.


  • Support Pricing Managers in the monitoring, reporting and visibility of all aspects of Floor pricing (Global & Regional) through updating trackers and producing ad hoc pricing analysis
  • Support Pricing Managers in producing Price Executive Summary and PVM repots for EMEA senior leaders
  • Support Pricing Managers in all areas of Pricing Initiatives, communication and training as a result of Global Projects and other business initiatives

What skills and experience should you have?

We are looking for someone with good data handling skills and with intermediate/advanced excel skills. Experience with COGNOS, Tableau or similar BI tools would be an advantage. The ideal candidate would be confident and proactive to be able to manage multiple tasks and contribute to new improvements. The candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates should be interested in Commercial Finance or Business Analytics. Studying Finance or other business degree (business/management/economics/marketing) and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
