Central Sales

You will be the point of reference for the Central Sales Manager for all order related issues for bespoke, a region, dealer and customer. Sales Operations is responsible for steering a regions orders throughout the entire vehicle process from initial customer consultation through bespoke order construction and finally to invoicing and worldwide dispatch. You will be directly supporting the regions and dealer network in producing extensive export documentation.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be working alongside the bespoke sales managers in monitoring the successful and timely creation and development of new bespoke features, to ensure the highest level of customer centricity.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and propose your own project ideas and implement the changes to influence the future operations of RRMC.
  • Continually investigate and implement efficiencies and improvements in the process, systems and customer care.
  • You will have the possibility to gain ownership of your role, being able to operate independently, and to implement innovative changes when you deem it appropriate.
  • Managing the production of invoices and worldwide export documents for every car built.
  • Ensure financial clearance is obtained before order is despatched from Goodwood to minimize risk and ensure that all necessary documentation has been accurately generated.
  • Communication with dealers and regional offices regarding logistic schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Studying Business or similar degrees would be preferred.
  • Highly analytical person with an excellent attention to detail including thorough and precise processing of information.
  • A real desire to implement your own ideas and develop the future operations of the RRMC business.
  • Very good level of English, fluent preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are vital to the success of the role.
  • Numeric and IT literacy particularly in MS Excel. SAP would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and luxury segment.
  • You must be on track to achieve a 2:1 or 1st Class result in your degree discipline.
