What are we looking for?

As the successful Siemens Showroom Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the professional, efficient, organisation and presentation of the Siemens showroom to the highest standard, reflecting the premium status of the brand.

This includes:

  • Helping to deliver engaging consumer and trade partner experiences which reflect the premium status of the brand
  • Ensure that all consumers receive an exceptional welcome, first-class hospitality and a 100% positive overall experience
  • Through dedication and a commitment to leading-by-example, to ensure that the consumer experiences delivered are completely aligned with the Siemens brand commercial objectives.
  • Identify the consumer needs and then delivery engaging and immersive presentations to inspire and elicit commitment to the Siemens brand
  • Develop close working relationships with London kitchen retailers to ensure that their needs, and those of the clients, are met and exceeded.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest and will also be working towards or have recently graduated with a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Retail, or in a related topic.

You will also have:

Experience

  • Excellent Customer Care skills, ideally within a luxury brand sector
  • Confidence to deliver 1-2-1, group and formal presentations to demanding high net worth clients

Skills

  • Commercially focused with a demonstrable aptitude for delivering a high-level of customer service
  • Confident personality with excellent communication skills
  • Highly structured approach with strong planning skills
  • Clear decisive decision maker
  • Naturally team-orientated
  • Computer literate – e.g Word, Excel and Powerpoint
