Service Assistant Placement
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the in-house Service Department at our head office. This is a varied role comprising product repairs, communicating with customers, and helping our world-wide service network serve our global customer base, all while looking for opportunities to improve product reliability
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Service and repair of Focusrite and Novation products to a component level.
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Ordering spare parts for our service and spares warehouses.
- Ensure effective turnaround of products through the department.
- Continually working to improve our systems and processes to deliver the above.
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen appetite to learn new skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A polite and helpful phone and email manner.
- Collaboration, working well as part of a team.
- Experience with music technology products and digital audio workstations.
- Experience with Windows systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with sales administration applications is desirable
- Experience with Mac OSX systems is desirable
- Electronics knowledge is desirable
