Marketing

The Marketing department is made up of 5 teams including Brand, Digital, Pricing, CRM and Customer Experience and Communications. Communicating the value of our product, service and brand to customers and consumers are just some of the duties of the marketing team as well as overall responsibility for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability. Promoting the business and driving sales of our products and services as well as providing the necessary research to identify the company’s target customers and other audiences.

Customer Services – Operations Project Support & Management Analysis

Primarily focussing on establishing clear forecasting and scheduling with the foresight of many considerations. Supporting projects, evaluating, identifying gaps trends and improvements, Supporting the management team whilst improving the operational service and level performance.

Human Resources Assistant

The HR department's responsibilities cover the full HR activity life cycle, recruiting employees with the right skills and application, training, personal and career development, reward, developing HR policies and working practices as well as maintaining and creating documentation used for a variety of projects throughout the business including at Board Level.

Sales

The role will actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives and management of relationships with Manufacturer partners, the Dealer network, the RCI Field Team & third party suppliers, notably with regard to Used Vehicles, through the provision of analysis and reporting, the preparation of presentations for senior management and participation in projects.

Information Systems – Organisation and Projects

Supporting the OP Team in the work of organizing, building and managing IS solutions and projects. Plays a supportive role in communication to the whole business on the implication of new initiatives. Validation of developments in user acceptance testing. Overseeing of business acceptance testing. Working closely with the whole business. Priority of work is key in this fast-paced environment. Ability to grow network local business, head office, external / internal IS suppliers This role will be successfully carried out by building strong relationships with the appropriate business partners, by performing business systems analysis within the agreed service levels.

Please note that our Placement Scheme is for 12 months commencing in June 2021, so all applicants must be available for the full 12 month period.
