As part of the commercial teams within the wider sales function, you could be:

• Analysing shopper behaviour and sales data and helping to identify opportunities to develop the category alongside the Customer Category Development Specialist.
• Reporting to the Ecommerce Business Manager to help launch new products, evaluate and input promotions, and optimise content, interacting with other Sales Functions, Supply Chain & Marketing, and externally with Amazon.
• Evaluating promotional activity and advising the national account manager on how to increase sales and profit
• Supporting the Shopper Marketing Team to deliver excellent execution of JDE's business priorities
• Monitoring, sharing and evaluating all JDE and competitor activation to share insights and recommendations across all functions of the business as part of the wider Sales function reporting to the Shopper Marketing & Field Sales Specialist.
• Overseeing various sales-related projects, covering supermarkets, wholesalers, convenience and discounters
• Recording and managing key data, such as sales performance, market insights and working on key business projects that lead to long-term decisions for JDE

Job requirements

• You must be studying Business, Marketing, Management, and any other similar business or marketing degrees.
• You must be a current student looking for a 12-month placement starting in July 2021.
