Regulatory Chemical Compliance Placements

Join our Product Safety and Compliance Department (PSCD) working alongside an established team of regulatory professionals. As a student within EMEAI PSCD, you will gain real work experience in a specialist scientific role, within one of the world’s premier specialty chemical companies.

Our role offers an office-based position that allows you to use your scientific background and training in a non-academic, non-research environment whilst gaining valuable experience within a multi-billion-dollar business.

Along with completing projects assigned to you by your supervisor or colleagues, you will be a key member of the team ensuring global compliance with chemical health and safety regulations. This includes, but not is limited to, managing areas of the global supply chain and preparing regulatory documents to ensure compliance and fulfil customer expectations.

You will regularly interact with chemists, engineers, biologist and toxicologists based within the UK and liaise with colleagues across the globe to ensure consistency. If you are seeking a non-laboratory based role but want to apply your scientific training on projects that are critical to Lubrizol, then this is the role for you.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the placement, and have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement.

You must be studying towards a science related degree involving a year in industry, achieving a 2:1 or above.
