Discover EY – Black Heritage in Business

Empower diversity. Be proud of who you are. Make an influential difference.

We live in a diverse world, so building a diverse and inclusive firm, where everyone feels they belong and can achieve their potential, matters profoundly to us. This is why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of the work we do and given an equal opportunity to work with us. We’re committed to building a culture of belonging and as such we are focused on doubling the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% female and 20% BME by July 2025 – plus, we commit 15% of our BAME target to be Black Partners.

We aim to be a voice and force for change, both within our organisation and beyond. Let’s focus on the future of work, together.

Deadline: 31st March

Entry requirements

You will need to be in your first year of a three-year course at university, or your second year of a four-year course.
