Sales Associate Placement
SAP is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on course for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The Role
As a Sales Associate you will be working as part of a driven and fast-paced team, specifically supporting the Senior Sales Directors. You will have a key role in the entire sales process including driving the arrangement of external customer meetings and calls, with the opportunity to gain true insight to the full sales process. You will complete in depth research on current/potential customers to provide growth opportunity for SAP, enabling you to assist in writing customer proposals. The role has a key responsibility in preparing useful content analysis and presentations for the sales directors, including forecasting and supporting with the preparation for regular business reviews with the teams. You will gain experience in identifying the opportunities to support each account to the best strategic effect, i.e. what provides most value to the customer and releases more time for selling activities, whilst working with the sales executives and marketing specialists on some of SAP’s largest customers.
Role Requirements
- Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Time management skills
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work to deadlines and within budget
