Business Operations Associate Placement

SAP is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on course for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you will be working as part of a global, driven and diverse team. Key responsibilities include managing operations, reporting, forecasting and managing dashboarding for a growing global services business. You will have opportunity to contribute to regional customer experience projects and support marketing and communications activities, including driving strategy for creative & digital assets. By supporting idea creation and driving operational execution around local/regional/global initiatives, you will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the organisation and have a large degree of autonomy on ideas development, using new methodologies such as exploration and design thinking. You will be exposed to how a large organisation works and learn how to successfully navigate it.

Role Requirements

  • Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Time management skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within budget
