Economic Advisory Summer Internship

What is Economic Advisory at EY?

We use the principles of economics to help clients make better decisions around policy, regulation and commercial activities. Our work is based on rigorous quantitative analysis combined with a deep understanding of different industries.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with local and international clients
  • Learning from industry experts on real client projects
  • Developing your analytical and relationship-building skills

Are you eligible to apply?

If you’re in your penultimate year at uni completing an Economics or Econometrics degree course or, you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year master’s degree or taking a gap year, this internship is for you. Having a strong academic background in a competition and regulatory economics, evaluation of public and regulatory policy, economic impact assessment or economic forecasting topic is a bonus.

How’s it structured?

Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY. After a company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of Economic Advisory and develop your knowledge and will soon be ready to work alongside graduates on real client projects. If you’re great at your job, you might even be fast-tracked into a graduate role when you finish uni.
