What is Transactions Support at EY?

When corporations or private equity clients prepare to do big deals, they need to know there won’t be any surprises. Our team specialises in financial due diligence – assessing a target company’s risks and opportunities – and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors and others.

What will you be doing?

  • Learning from industry experts on real client projects
  • Developing your analytical and relationship-building skills

Are you eligible to apply?

You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, and three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent. You'll also be in your penultimate year at uni (doing any degree course), or you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year master’s degree or taking a gap year, this internship is for you.

Start your career journey

Join a supportive and inclusive culture, build your strengths and develop new business skills to set you on the right path in your career. Working on client projects, gain insight into our service offerings and become an integral part of our team. We are proud to have won several awards for being one of the best companies to work for.

How’s it structured?

Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY. After a company induction, you’ll develop an understanding of Corporate Finance and will soon be ready to work alongside graduates on real client projects. If you’re great at your job, you might even be fast-tracked into a graduate role, after you complete your degree.
