Corporate Finance Summer Internship

What is Corporate Finance at EY?

Entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity firms, corporates and PLCs often need to raise money to finance growth as well as mergers & acquisitions. Our team of nearly 200 advisors help our clients with the best ways to achieve their growth ambitions by providing independent mid-market corporate finance advice.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with local and international clients on transaction assignments
  • Learning from industry experts on real client projects
  • Developing your analytical, commercial and relationship-building skills

Are you eligible to apply?

You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, and three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent. You'll also be in your penultimate year at uni (doing any degree course), or you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year master’s degree or taking a gap year, this internship is for you.

How’s it structured?

Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY. After a company induction, you’ll develop an understanding of Corporate Finance and will soon be ready to work alongside graduates on real client projects. If you’re great at your job, you might even be fast-tracked into a graduate role, after you complete your degree.
