We have an exciting opportunity within our Service & Compliance team where you will be able to come in and make a real change. Working closely with the team you will support critical tasks and projects by:
Working alongside the Service Assurance team you will assist them in analysing data reports on company district performance results relating to Service Assurance/Quality and Process Improvement programs. Identifying root cause and trend analysis and putting forward suggestions for improvement. You will utilise the systems and operational knowledge gained to extract and research data, as needed involving subject matter experts within Operations and other functions, to correctly identify all impacting factors and actions needed. Develops reports that accurately summarise results and corrective actions needed.
We are looking for someone who not only has an analytical mind but has an aptitude for building reports.
