Job Purpose

Delivery of services across the whole spectrum of housing management:

• Tenancy Management
• Estate Management
• Income Management
• Financial Inclusion
• Welfare Reform

• Customer Involvement

The Bigger Picture

You will help deliver our corporate plan by:

• Helping tenants to sustain their tenancies
• Improving communication with tenants and residents
• Providing safer neighbourhoods through reduced anti-social behaviour and crime

The Day to Day

As part of your day to day duties and responsibilities you will:

• Provide a range of support to teams across housing management in relation to general day to day service delivery and service improvement and change projects related to the service area
• Undertake statistical and analytical work related to the service area
• Visit tenants in their homes and conduct office interviews as required
• Work from various sites across the business and from different teams to gain full experience of housing management services
• Work in a way that demonstrates St Leger Homes’ Values and Behaviours in practice.
• Work flexibly in the interests of the service – this may include undertaking other duties provided that these are appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of the post.
• The Safeguarding of children and adults is paramount to everything St Leger Homes delivers. All staff are expected to undergo training and then to identify and report all safeguarding concerns through the appropriate channels

• Someone who is undertaking a relevant degree course and looking to gain experience and knowledge in the housing management environment
