Digital Training Assistant Placement

Digital excellence is one of the key pillars or SFS 2.0. The EANZ training department are striving to extend their training reach through the continued development of a multi-platform training solutions.

The purpose of this intern role is to support the digital training developer in the accelerated development of the on-line training material to support the growing demand from our customers. The digital training material provides a cost-effective way of delivering training to our ever changing market and keeps us ahead of our competition.

Key Tasks

Assist in the creation and development of digital training through Articulate software that supports both our intranet and extranet training sites. This will involve:

  • Creating video content – both filming and editing.
  • Source and prepare images from our internal library.
  • Upload translations and liaise with Commercial Training Managers to prepare courses for publishing.
  • Editing and approval of new course material.
  • Liaising with the US DIGITAL team to review training material that can be adapted for EANZ to increase our volume of courses.
  • Support digital tracking through salesforce.com

Competencies & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work at multi levels within a blue-chip company
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Experience of working with Photoshop & video editing software
  • Articulate 360 an advantage but training can be provided
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Technically minded
  • Be able to adapt to flexible working hours as required.
  • Openness and eager to learn to expand role.
  • Flexible approach – to have the ability to multi-task, be open to new methods and ways of working
  • Team Player: to work remotely and in person with a multi-cultural team on a day to day basis

  • Photoshop
  • Video editing
  • MS Office
  • Articulate 360 – advantage but not essential
