Are you known for your attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of handling multiple projects? If so, then recruitment administration support may be the perfect placement year for you.
Randstad’s Head Office based in Luton is launching its 2020 Placement Year Campaign is seeking hire within our Human Resources.
The HR roles will have an emphasis on HR administration of the employee life cycle. Duties will range from production of contractual correspondence to employees, updating and maintaining our comprehensive HR system, conducting HR Review meetings and exit interviews. The second role within HR will have a focus of dealing with data analytics. Therefore, we are in need of someone that is data, excel spreadsheet, and tech savvy.
Our HR team members will invite you to attend meetings with them so that you can have exposure to all levels in operations.
