Real Estate Consultant Internship

A future with Cushman & Wakefield

By joining our global real estate services company, you’ll help us push the boundaries in the property industry. You’ll work on real projects that give you a fascinating insight into how we work. And you’ll influence key decisions. Not only will you be working for a leading property company, you’ll be building a career that goes beyond the ordinary.

About this programme

Your future is important to us, even at the earliest stages. Our six-week paid internship is a demanding yet rewarding course of learning and hands on experience. It’s also a great opportunity to get a taste for global real estate and see whether our industry is right for you. Excel, and you could be offered a place on our graduate scheme at the end. With this programme you will work closely with our clients to develop strong working partnerships which will enable them to achieve their real estate goals.

What to expect

As a Real Estate Consultant intern you will be placed into diverse and dynamic teams where you will work closely with professionals to effectively develop strong working partnerships. Teams could include (but are not limited to) Research, Futures and Global Occupier Services. Consultant interns will assist C&W colleagues in understanding client requirements through effective communication with an aim to develop strategies and solutions which meet their real estate goals.
You’ll be assigned a buddy to help you along, and you’ll work to real objectives set by your team – giving you plenty of opportunities to show what you can do. And to make sure you get a fully rounded experience, there will be networking opportunities and social events too.

Eligibility

To apply, you must be in your penultimate year of study (either undergraduate or with a place secured on a masters course) and be on course for a 2:1 in a degree of any discipline. Whatever your background, one thing is certain - you must be ready to learn and eager to get involved in as much as possible.
