Project Management Internship

A future with Cushman & Wakefield

As a global real estate services company, we need fresh talent who are able to give us new and exciting ideas. That’s why we’re so invested in developing the careers of bright interns like you – because to us, your future is a big deal. On our internship, you’ll be given the reins of your own work from day one, and it’s this trust of responsibility that sets us apart.

About these programmes

Our six-week paid internship is a demanding yet rewarding course of learning and hands on experience. It’s also a great opportunity to get a taste for global real estate and see whether our industry is right for you. Excel, and you could be offered a place on our graduate programme at the end.

What to expect

Providing market-leading services across all sectors, our Project Management team offers a fully integrated service for fit out and new build work. In our Building Consultancy team, you will become involved in the entire life cycle of buildings experiencing everything from schedules of condition, dilapidations, and contract administration.

On our internship you’ll attend workshops, learn from professionals, and work on live projects with the team. You’ll be assigned a buddy to help you along, and you’ll work to real objectives set by your team – giving you plenty of opportunities to show what you can do. On top of this, to make sure you get a fully rounded experience, there will be networking opportunities and social events too.

Eligibility

To apply, you must be in your penultimate year of study (either undergraduate or with a place secured on a masters course) and be on course for a 2:1 in an accredited degree specific to Construction Project Management or Building Surveying. Whatever your background, one thing is certain – you must be ready to learn and eager to get involved in as much as possible.
