Willing to tackle a wide range of jobs with equal enthusiasm. IT literate & capable of learning & using new software systems. Confident in dealing with tenants & contractors by phone & face to face.
We are looking to have someone start on 29th June 2020 so that there is a 2 week overlap & structured handover with the current Property Administrator. Therefore I would be pleased to start receiving applications & CVs straightaway so that interviews can take place in February. If possible we hope to be able to make a fairly prompt decision so that the successful candidate knows in reasonable time.
This is a fixed term contract for between 12 and 13 months. The contract is subject to the satisfactory completion of a 3 month probationary period. We are aiming at recruiting a placement student who will return to University to complete their degree. It is therefore not suitable for graduates or students whose placement period is less than 12 months.
Peer Group is a privately owned property company with property assets of around £130 million invested in approximately 50 properties. The properties are spread across the country and include multi-let offices, flats, industrial estates & shopping centres.
A facilities management role within the property team, working primarily as an assistant to the Property Managers.
