Product Assistant Placement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Managers on all venues within the European portfolio of accounts.
  • Manage special offer content on email newsletters and the website by coordinating offers on the internal system.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Team to review all rates and promotions are loaded correctly, as well as eliminating quote errors, being pro-active in solving rate problems.
  • Be responsive to calls, internal messages and e-mails from Sales team in providing them with assistance with regards to availability, rates, pricing queries and any other info on a day to day basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with resorts, hotels and golf courses.
  • Manage seasonal changes to pricing on the Golfbreaks.com website
  • To write copy for new product contracted by Product Managers
  • To assist in managing the New Product Plan by coordinating with the Pricing and Marketing teams to achieve launch deadlines

Lead Generation:

  • Form and lead a sub-team responsible for lead generation
  • Pro-actively generate gross profit through online sales and lead generation.
  • Support the rest of the UK team and wider business by generating enquiries through courteous after travel calls and online chat service.
  • Assist the Customer Service team in offering a seamless after sales service.
  • Provide an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times
