Business Development and Commercial Placement
Collins Aerospace is a global leader in aerospace and defence. There are few, if any aircraft around which don’t have our equipment in them somewhere.
Within Collins Aerospace (Marston Green), we primarily maintain Aircraft Engine Controls Equipment but we don’t just repair equipment. We manage the customer orders from the initial report of a fault through to the delivery of the repaired or exchanged unit back to the customer. We develop and implement bespoke solutions to customer requirements and we actively plan and manage in field modification campaigns, whether that involves
For the right candidate, you will gain exposure to Airlines, Aircraft Operators and Aerospace Support businesses. You will learn how they keep their aircraft flying and how issues throughout the whole supply chain can affect them. In addition, you will work with major Engine Manufacturers such as Rolls-Royce and Pratt & Whitney in order to support their requirements and end customers and you will be involved in planning and implementing new capabilities within the global repair network. It will give you an insight into the aerospace industry as a whole and it is a great place to start you career!
We are looking to offer an undergraduate the opportunity to join us for 12-months, to provide support in the Business Development and Commercial role.
The position has a competitive salary along with 25 days paid annual holiday.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be able to commit to the full 12 month placement (apart from the above holidays).
