We have an exciting opportunity for a paid internship within our European Procurement Team, where you will be able to gain valuable work experience in a global FMCG company.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an intern to join our Procurement department, based in Folkestone, Kent on a 12 month contract starting in Summer 2020. This is a great opportunity to get some ‘hands-on’ Procurement experience combined with project work which spans Procurement and Supply in support of our quest to become more agile and responsive.
You will be working within a small but very experienced team where coaching and developing individuals is a priority and finding the time to answer questions is always given.

Who are we looking for
We welcome applications from current students looking to undertake an industry placement year and also graduates seeking their first Procurement opportunity.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an undergraduate/postgraduate ideally in Business Studies/Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and desire to continuously improve.
- Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
- Have an enquiring mind.
- Be competent in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
